CEO
Phil has spent the last fifteen years as a leader in the online creator revolution. During Ranta’s tenure at Facebook, Facebook Gaming grew 210% in one year according to a recent Streamlabs report. Prior to Facebook, Phil was the COO at Studio71 and VP of Networks at Fullscreen. Both companies successfully exited, to ProSieben and Otter Media (a joint venture between AT&T and Peter Chernin), respectively. Ranta also previously worked as executive producer at Viva! Vision, producing content delivered to over 250 million mobile phones worldwide. As a content creator, his produced videos and podcasts have received hundreds of millions of views and downloads.
Bill Reid

Bill Reid is an engineer with a MBA from HBS and has spent his career in a wide variety of industries both domestic and international. He has been involved with startups and turnarounds and recently has been heavily involved with a variety of software ventures where he is both an investor and advisor. In addition, he serves on the BoD of a Fortune 500 Company.
Herbert Hughes
President and CFO
Mr. Hughes is a graduate of Harvard University Class of 1982. Mr. Hughes worked on Wall Street for fifteen years and specialized in derivatives trading and structuring and risk management. Mr. Hughes spent a decade at Bass Brothers Enterprises where he handled capital formation, derivatives, and risk management. Mr. Hughes also has direct investing and operational experience with senior executive roles at oil and gas companies, oil service companies, and various other industries. Mr. Hughes was also a managing director at HHM which provides investment management consulting to ultra-high net worth families. Mr. Hughes is a member of the Board of Directors at Byrna Technologies, Inc. where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Guillaume Riviere is a multi-disciplinary, multicultural, tech crafter with a strong experience in software engineering management, software development organization and leadership. As a serial entrepreneur & tech enthusiast, Guillaume was responsible for leading multiple tech organizations to successful acquisitions by other startups and major fortune 500 companies

Mr. Mitroka is a highly experienced Senior Executive with significant experience in growing start-up and early-stage companies in both the US and abroad. He has held the positions of: Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President. In these roles, Mr. Mitroka has focused on all aspects of corporate and business development. Mr. Mitroka graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts from the Eli Broad College of Business. He is also a Texas licensed real estate agent.
Daniel is an organizational and product development executive with experience at multiple indie video game and product studios where he contributed to development, quality assurance, operations, risk analysis, team management and pipeline growth. Daniel spent 8 years at Blizzard Entertainment and has a combined 19 years working in entertainment and technology.
